If there is any project I am proud of, it is this story below.
I made a whole class cry while reading it aloud — my male professor included.
Synopsis:
Nineteen-year-old Ruby learns that her forbidden lover has passed away after receiving a phone call from her mother. This story captures the reality of losing someone you love romantically at such a young age. It’s raw, heartbreaking, innocent, maybe a little immature, humorous, awkward, and everything in between.
